Serve Well

There are several ministries that are asked to complete our Serve Well process. This process is designed to ensure that those ministries involving our children and students are filled with safe people who share our desire to protect the innocence of those children God is entrusting us with. The process involves

• A detailed Application

• Reference checks with previous ministry leaders or employers

• A video Training that covers what is expected of all those serving in these ministries

• A Background check

• An Interview
